Got a question about a keyboard we reviewed? Spotted something we got wrong? Want to send a board our way for testing? You’re in the right place. This page is the fastest way to reach the team behind Gaming Keyboards, and yes — a real person reads every message.
Welcome to Gaming Keyboards
We’re the team at gamingkeyboards.net, and we spend our days typing on, tearing down, and writing about gaming keyboards so you don’t have to gamble your money on the wrong one. Whether you’re hunting for your first hot-swap board, deciding between linear and tactile switches, or just trying to figure out if that $200 deck is worth it over a solid $90 one, we’re here to help you sort the marketing fluff from the stuff you’ll actually feel under your fingers.
If you’ve got something to say — a question, a correction, a recommendation, or a partnership pitch — we want to hear it.
Why You Might Want to Reach Out
People email us for all sorts of reasons. Here are the most common ones, so you know you’re in good company:
Buying advice and product questions
Stuck choosing between two boards? Not sure if a 60% layout will work for you because you live in spreadsheets all day? Send us the details — your budget, your use case, your typing style — and we’ll point you toward something that fits. We won’t just push the most expensive option.
Feedback on our reviews
Did we miss a switch comparison you wanted to see? Think we were too harsh on a board you love? Found a typo? Tell us. Honest feedback makes the site better, and we read it all — even the spicy stuff.
Corrections and updates
If you spot a factual error in one of our reviews or buying guides — a wrong spec, an outdated price, a model that’s been discontinued — let us know. We update articles when we get it wrong. That’s the deal.
Suggesting a keyboard for review
Have a board you’d love to see covered? Drop us a note with the model name and why you think it deserves a closer look. We can’t review everything, but reader suggestions genuinely shape our queue.
Business and affiliate partnerships
Brand reps, PR teams, and affiliate managers — there’s a dedicated section for you below.
How to Contact Us
We keep this simple. One email address, one inbox, one team checking it.
Email us at: contact@gamingkeyboards.net
A few tips to help us help you faster:
- Use a clear subject line. Something like “Question about the Keychron Q1 review” beats “Hi” every time.
- Be specific. If you’re asking for a recommendation, tell us your budget, what you’ll use the board for (gaming, typing, office), and any deal-breakers (no ABS keycaps, must be wireless, has to be quiet, etc.).
- Skip the attachments on first contact. If we need a file later, we’ll ask.
That’s it. No contact forms, no chatbots, no jumping through hoops.
How Long Until You Hear Back
We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Weekends and US holidays might push that to 72 hours, especially if a big launch or trade show is happening — those weeks get hectic.
If you haven’t heard from us within four business days, your message probably got eaten by a spam filter on one side or the other. Send it again, and we’ll dig it out.
Business Inquiries and Affiliate Partnerships
If you’re representing a brand, retailer, or affiliate program, we’d love to hear from you. We work with manufacturers, accessory makers, and select affiliate networks that align with what our readers actually care about: real performance, durable builds, and honest pricing.
What we’re open to
- Product samples for review. We accept review units, but we don’t guarantee positive coverage — our reviews are independent, and that’s not negotiable. If a board’s stabilizers rattle out of the box, we’re going to say so.
- Affiliate partnerships. We participate in affiliate programs from major retailers and select brands. If your program is a good fit for our audience, send us the details.
- Sponsored content. We consider sponsored articles on a case-by-case basis, and any sponsored piece is clearly labeled. We don’t do paid positive reviews. Period.
- Brand collaborations and giveaways. Open to creative ideas that genuinely benefit our readers.
How to pitch us
Send your inquiry to contact@gamingkeyboards.net with “Business Inquiry” or “Partnership” in the subject line. Include:
- Your brand or company name and website
- What you’re proposing
- Relevant product specs, links, or assets
- Your timeline
We’ll get back to you within two business days for partnership emails — usually faster.
A Quick Note on Spam and Misuse
We’re a small, US-based team, and we’d rather spend our time writing good reviews than sorting through junk. So a quick heads-up:
- We don’t accept link-insertion requests, guest post pitches with throwaway content, or “we noticed your site has a broken link” emails. Those go straight to trash.
- We don’t sell, trade, or share our contact list — and we ask you don’t add us to yours without permission.
- Repeated unsolicited or spammy emails will be filtered and reported.
Be a human, write like one, and we’ll do the same. That’s all we ask.
Your Privacy Matters
Anything you send us stays between you and our team. We don’t share your email, your name, or the contents of your message with third parties. We don’t add you to a mailing list just because you contacted us. If you want updates, you sign up on your own terms.
For the full details on how we handle data across the site, check our Privacy Policy.
