If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, any claim shall be brought in the courts specified in Section 12, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative resolution method.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
